MANDOLIN CARAVAN
Mandolin Caravan's Desert Soul is a beautiful compilation of Jewish folk songs recorded by some of NYC's best musicians.
Produced by Kevin Hupp, this cd features Matt Turk on mandolin and vocals, Barry Hartglass on upright bass, Noah Hoffeld on cello, Gary Shriner on accordion and Kevin Hupp on drums and percussion.
All ten songs are original arrangements, not copies of other versions and truly brings out the best of these lovely, traditional Jewish melodies.
